After 15-year in sales shared between PTC, IBM and SAP, Stéphane felt the need to help manufacturing companies throughout the life cycle of their technical data.

Therefore, 15 years ago, he created SOFYNE Active Technology. In 2005, the company started with its first PLM Consultant… Since then, the startup has become a Digital Services Company leader in two related areas: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Stéphane oversees the management Board of Directors, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Communication.

For the last 14 years, Lucie has been working in different IT service companies. Before joining us, she held a position of Regional Manager (BU Manager) within a company specialised in supporting SMEs and ETIs around their digital transformation.

In parallel with her activities as BU manager, she was involved with the management team in the internal transformation process of this fast-growing company and led the change with her teams.

Lucie has joined us to contribute to the structuring and organisation of SOFYNE.

Krzysztof manages SOFYNE’s office in Poland and the software development project unit. He oversees all research and on-going projects to develop new tools and ensure that they have the potential to add value to SOFYNE’s solution. Published author with many computer science papers and a book called “Data Compression Methods”, Krzysztof’s expertise makes him a real asset.

Krzysztof joined SOFYNE in 2017. He previously worked 16 years at Apriso for Dassault Systems. He started as a software developer, managed large teams of developers and became a Solution Architect.

Wladyslaw, started his professional journey with IT and Manufacturing in 2001. From the very first steps in ERP/MES/WMS topics of the Paper Print Industry, to large transformation programs for automotive or metal industry, he was able to build a solid base of technical and functional expertise across different domains, solutions and architectures.

Wladyslaw’s goal is to ensure that Sofyne will keep its dynamism and enlarge its service offering with modern and innovative solutions,
supporting customers in everyday activities but also on their Industry 4.0 transformation path.

Since 2010, Benjamin has been instrumental to SOFYNE’s ever expending client portfolio, by strengthening existing long-term partnerships, as well as implementing growth opportunities with the introduction of new clients.

Based on his unique experience and understanding of the PLM & MES markets, he has led many of SOFYNE’s business initiatives, making SOFYNE a strong asset for our clients.

Benjamin joined SOFYNE in 2007 as a PLM Consultant after working 2 years at Avenir Conseil, where he was trained on several PLM and CAD tools.

Working in IT departments of SMEs and mid-size companies for 18 years, Eric began his career in technical and infrastructure-oriented positions. His last experience enabled him to structure the IS of a French industry in the aviation world, on the organization, infrastructure and business side, with the implementation of solutions: ERP, PDM, …

His role at Sofyne is to structure and secure the Group’s information system in order to support the company’s exponential growth and meet our future challenges.

Lidia manages customers relationship and technical support activities for SOFYNE. Her team is dedicated to assisting clients should they need any help. They provide tailored assistance, as well as training. Currently, her team is overseeing and supporting over 150 plants worldwide.

Lidia joined SOFYNE in 2015, as an Application Support Consultant. Previously, she had worked in Brno (Czech Republic) for Infosys, also role dedicated to support.

With nearly thirty years of expertise in Management, Gregory’s career saw him work for major international service companies, in various industries. He has managed large sub-contracted projects for key clients. Gregory is convinced that SOFYNE’s success rests on its ability, as individuals, to work together towards providing its clients with the best service possible. This means going above and beyond its clients’ expectations and needs.

Gregory joined SOFYNE in January 2018, taking charge of the Swiss operations in the Geneva office. Before joining SOFYNE, he mainly worked in France for large IT companies such as Capgemini or Gfi.
